我選擇的是 綜合口味 #排行榜cool酪
➡️經典原味、德式超濃、蔓越莓、日光香橙 四種口味
我最喜歡的超濃乳酪😍
第二就是原味~
蔓越莓跟香橙本身不是我的菜,但因為綜合是固定配合的
不然我也對巧克力跟鹿谷烏龍很有興趣~
他的餅乾底還滿香滿好吃的
冷凍稍微在常溫退冰10分鐘,帶有一點硬度的口感就很讚
如果完全退冰的話,奶味會比較重
說超推倒也還好,但價格也不會很貴
當下午茶點心還是吃得很開心🥳
另外,包裝非常細心
每個蛋糕都有附保冷劑、小卡,不馬虎唷

Hello friends! Today we're going to show you how to make no-bake white chocolate cheesecake with delicious maple Bourbon whiskey syrup.
No-bake cheesecake is the perfect dessert for summer! You don't even need to turn the oven on, and it’s super easy, only uses a few simple ingredients, but tastes creamy, rich and amazing.
Usually, making no-bake cheesecakes needs gelatine to set, but this no-bake cheesecake is made with white chocolate ganache to instead of gelatine and to help the cheesecake set in the fridge overnight to a perfect, tenderly firm consistency. Moveover, we make a maple bourbon topping for it, it’s a great addition to waffles, french toast and cakes. Can’t wait to share the recipe to you guys, hope you like this video. Enjoy! :-)

No-Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
☞ cake mold: ⌀ 7.5cm Diameter
✎ Ingredients
☞ For the cake
unsalted butter 20g, melted
digestive biscuit 65g
whipping cream 30g, warm
white chocolate 90g
cream cheese 100g
mascarpone 80g
☞ For the syrup
maple syrup 40g
bourbon whiskey 3g
✎ Instructions
1. To prepare the cake crust, place digestive biscuits and a little bit of sea salt into a food processor and blend until fine crumbs.
2. Add melted butter with crumbs and blend until well combined.
3. Press the biscuit mixture evenly & firmly into a 8cm diameter cake mold.
And refrigerate until firm.
4. Add the chocolate chips and warm whipping cream In a small bowl, then place the bowl over another bowl of hot water, set for 5 minutes.
5. Once the chocolate is all melted, stir the ganache until smooth. Let cool.
6. In a large bowl, whisk soften cream cheese and mascarpone together by a hand mixer on low speed, until well combined.
7. Add the melted chocolate ganache and whisk on low speed, until just incorporated.
8. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the cooled and set biscuit base, then smoothing with a spatula.
9. Return to the fridge, and chill at least 5 hours or overnight.
10. Serve with bourbon maple syrup, enjoy.

We love sorbet, sorbet is usually made with fresh fruit and sugar, that's all. There's no fat, just use the best and the most fresh fruits you like. It’s so simple but amazing delicious.
In this video, we'd like to share with you how to make the simple syrup and what is the ideal ratio of sugar. Hope you like it. Enjoy. :-)

Passion Fruit & Mango Sorbet Recipe
☞ Serves 3-4
✎ Ingredients
☞ For mango puree
2-3 large mangos, 500g (peeled and stones removed)
2 passion fruits
☞ For simple syrup(we need 6~7 tbsp)
granulated sugar 100g
water 100g
✎ Instructions
☞ For simpe syrup
1. Add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved or the temperature reaches to 105C.
2. Let the syrup cool, then pour into a bottle with a lid. Set aside.
☞ For mango puree
1. Wash the mangos, then peel the mango and cut into small cubes and place in a large bowl.
2. Cut the passion fruit in half , scoop out the seeds and pulp into a fine metal strainer placed over a bowl, use a spoon to push the pulp through the strainer, leave the seed behind.
3. Add the mangos cubes and passion fruit juice into a food processor, blend until completely smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
☞ For Sorbet
1. Gradually add simple syrup one tablespoon by one tablespoon and mix well each time, until it's sweet enough as you like. Sugar plays an important role in the sorbet. Less sugar will make the sorbet becomes icy. Add enough sugar will let the texture of sorbet more smooth.
2. Pour the sorbet mixture into a freeze-safe container. Freeze for 1hr until semi-solid.
3. Stir to break up the ice crystals, and returning to the freezer for another 1hr, totally you might need 4-6 times once an hour to break up the ice crystals.
4. Freeze overnight until firm.
5. Before served, let the sorbet sit for 20 mins at room temperature.
** If you're not sure how much sugar should be added in, you can try sorbet egg float test, the methods can find in video.

材料 Ingredients:
— 白汁 White Sauce —
牛奶 Milk| 500 ml
牛油 Butter| 50 g
麵粉 Flour|50 g
月桂葉 Bay leave|1 pc
肉豆蔻 Nutmeg |1/4 tsp
洋蔥(切末) Onion (Minced) |1/2 pc
蝦仁 Shrimp | 8-10 pcs
牛油 Butter | 20 g
通粉 Macaroni | 200 g
白酒 White wine | 50 ml
芝士 Cheese | 200 g
調味 Seasoning |”
做法 Method:
1.先把通粉煮熟(可按包裝指示」,然後用清水沖至涼身,瀝水備用。
2.在鍋中放入牛油和麵粉煮成麵糰,再慢慢倒入牛奶,一邊攪拌。再加入香料,煮約10分鐘,放旁備用。
3.把焗爐預熱至最高溫( 攝氏200至230度)。
4.在鍋中放入牛油,加入洋蔥煮至軟身。放入蝦仁炒熟,再放入白酒、白汁和調味。煮多1分鐘後,加入通粉再煮片刻。
5.將烤盤掃上牛油,把白汁通粉倒入盤子中。再慷慨地放上大量芝士,再放入焗爐中焗3至4分鐘至表面金黃色。完成!
1.Cook the macaroni to your preference, strain and cool the pasta under cold, running water. Set aside.
2. Add butter and flour and cook until it forms a small lumpy dough, and add in milk. Keep stirring. Add herbs and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to the maximum temperature ( 200c to 230c )
4. Add butter, and saute onions until soft. Add shrimps and cook until its done, add white wine and season to taste. Cook for an extra 1 minute and add macaroni.
5. Grease butter onto an oven proof baking pan, and add macaroni. Be generous and add cheese. Bake for 3-4 minutes until top is browned. Enjoy !

最開始認識他是在太陽花學運XDD
心之和蠻好的,把熱門的蛋糕做成一顆綜合
這樣想嘗鮮不同的口味,也能一顆達成
送來的時候覺得這樣式好可愛阿!
提袋上有可愛的貓咪
盒子跟提袋一樣,深咖啡色系
盒子上也有可愛的貓,
辨別口味貼紙是用貓掌,十分有趣
草莓抹抹茶COOL酪
裡面有放保冷劑,還有保存方式
(這乳酪蛋糕可以冷凍三十天!!)(這寫在盒身)
兩種口味中間有用透明膜隔著,不會沾到不同的味道
而且每塊間已經有切開,
從冷凍拿出來,只要用水果刀切,也能輕易分開
草莓乳酪蛋糕中間有乾燥草莓碎粒跟水滴白巧克力交錯層疊
顏色很美
吃起來沒什麼巧克力味,
乳酪味很純濃,也有濃濃的草莓香
缺點是底層的消化餅乾油味很重
所以整體稍稍扣了分
抹茶拿起來的時候好驚喜!
居然還有麻糬
(本人顯示為一看到草莓和抹茶就訂了,完全沒研究)
紅豆和乳酪相輔相成,還蠻搭的
加上麻糬口感QQ,整體很特別
抹茶的味道不重,幾乎會忘記他的存在
餅皮還是不好吃!
綜合 COOL酪
綜合有四種口味
原味乳酪、蔓越莓、德式超濃味、日光香橙四種
這中間就沒有用透明膜隔起來
因為抹茶那顆的消化餅皮真的不好吃,
所以這次先拿去冷凍試試看
從原味先來吃
味道很濃郁,
變得有點像冰淇淋的口感,
底層的消化餅吃起來比較硬脆點,
油耗味少很多,吃起來跟蛋糕體比較融合
香橙的最好吃!
裡面有一絲一絲蜜過的橙絲
搭起濃乳酪有微微的酸香,可以綜合乳酪的膩口
德式的有加葡萄乾和蘭姆酒,
這個的酒味重一點,搭乳酪吃也蠻香的
蔓越莓的也有加蔓越莓酒
酒味沒這麼重
這個吃起來也有淡淡的酸,也好吃
心之和的乳酪非~常~濃郁,濃到我妹說吃不下去
但螞蟻人丈夫覺得「很好吃阿~怎麼會難吃~再來一塊」
覺得很厲害的是抹茶的麻糬冷凍過後,雖然沒有很Q,但也不會太硬
帶有酸味的口味會綜合乳酪的濃,比較起來更好吃
餅皮沒有很好吃,有點可惜
還是建議冷凍後再吃,那個油味會比較低
很夯,所以網路上訂日期會受限
也可以打電話訂,但我沒有打進去過

但我是抹茶紅豆麻糬控,所以不介意
而且他的麻糬處理得很厲害,不會硬
能冰三十天真的太棒了!

但那個退冰後的乳酪真的太濃了
當年的行政院副秘書長抱怨學生很沒禮貌,攻占進去還偷吃掉他的太陽餅和蛋糕

我覺得起司公爵的起司味比較淡
上次買了芋泥蛋黃的,吃到想哭
價格偏貴,味道很淡,蛋黃只是裝飾嗚嗚嗚
相對起來心之和的比較濃郁
